What exactly would constitute a "victory" then?  You've overthrown the legal
government, arrested it's leader, and set up a government of your own... do you
need to have a triumphant march bearing all the resources of Iraq on your
shoulders to achieve "victory"?

The war is already over.  The US won.  People are now supporting the soldiers
by trying to take care of that last bit... safe return.
