Sure do! Here in my own town an individual brutally murdered an entire
family, Mom, Dad, brother and sister, and sat on DR for over 20 yrs
until the last appeal was denied. In that time the perp racked up
degrees and learned additional languages. Unless i'm wrong here, the
system was to exact justice, not encourage field trips in higher
education.
