Yes, Yes, Yes. That's what i've been trying to tell you! I vote to use
your tax dollars vs mine then, since you seem to think it's ok for a
DR inmate to sit in a cell for 20 yrs before actually carrying out the
penalty. Build more prisons you say eh ? Failure to enforce justice is
no justice at all!
