People bandy about that "support" word so freely and without the least
consideration of what it really means.  Tell me how you "support" our
troops?  Do you lobby your representatives to provide all the necessary
materials and funding they need, without qualification, to win the war? 
Do you ensure their (many) positive accomplishments are highlighted by
the media or even in your discussions with friends?  Do you, perhaps,
make the more significant sacrifice and join forces to fight alongside? 
Think for a moment how a soldier would like you to support them and ask
yourself if that's what you're doing.

Soldiers don't care if you're Republican or Democrat, or that you
disagree with the political processes that put them in harm's way in the
first place.  In fact, they put their own lives at risk to ensure your
continued freedom to differ politically.  However, you need to draw the
line between those political processes that occur on comfortable chairs
here at home and the military processes that mean the difference between
life and death on the battlefield.

Now that we're in this war, there should be NO American with any other
agenda than our victory and safe return.
