Hi Sam,

Not at all. I agree with most of what you said with the exception that
i would prefer states that say they enforce the DP actually enforce
the DP in a timely manner. I just don't understand allowing someone to
be on DR for 20 plus yrs.  Where is the justice in that for the
victim ?
