I'm ri> willing to accept that in light of the people protected by the ri> termination of so many other severely twisted individuals. The problem with your view on this is... what if it was you. Lets put you in the position... How would you like to "Know" your not guilty, but yet be prosecuted, found guilty, gone through all your appeals, still found guilty, and are now sitting on death row with one day left to live. All because one person is not telling the truth. ri> If 1000 severly twisted individuals are put down, and one innocent goes ri> with them... I'm very sorry. I don't think we should stop driving because of them, and I ri> don't think we should allow twisted individuals to live because of the ri> potential for error. I'm sorry, personally I don't mind the death penalty, but I think it should be used only for the most extreme cases, where there is absolutely no doubt... how you get to this point is unknown to me. I just wish there was a way to be absolutely sure before executing a human being.
