yes sometimes tough choices are made (that's why I doubt 'w' had anythig to do
with it). I guess it's like going off to war when your own family might be in
danger. It's goo d to learn that the repair crews did what they did in as short
a time as they did.

I did think the phrase 'reapirs set back' could have read 'repairs delayed' and
been more accuarte.
