It truly is a friendly state. :-)

It's funny, the guy I bought my motorcycle from has several rent houses, 
and one of them is probably going to be unoccupied soon.  He tells me that 
he may let a victim of katrina move in for 6 months or so... free... until 
they can get back on their feet.

Really a nice guy.
