Firstly, would a "rep american" be a Republican?  I've never heard that 
personal politics somehow influenced the enviro-friendliness of American 
citizens.  If someone has some claim to make in this direction, I'd be 
interested to hear it!

Technically, then, the pollution *is* coming from America, but just not 
from the sources traditionally charged with that responsibility?  ;-)

come up with.  You may be tired of hearing people accuse the USA of being 
pajor polluters, but to a certain degree at least, these accusations are 
not entirely unfounded.
