So if we look at England as an ideal case of "Gun Control" (a phrase which 
actually means "Gun Elimination") we see that it doesn't actually 
eliminate murder, robberies, or various other violent crimes.

The really ironic thing is the "Gun Control" people wanting to put all the 
guns (and as a result their own personal security and safety) in the hands 
of "law enforcement and the military" who (as recent events have proven), 
can leave you with your chestnuts in the fire for the better part of a 
week before bringing those guns into action against those members of 
"civilized society" who eschewed the concept of "Gun Control" as easily as 
they ignored any other laws they found inconvenient.
