Apart from supplying the board withOUT any stock screens, there really is 
no way to force people to modify their system appearance.  And i wouldn't 
suggest that.  

I guess it isn't that easy for some people to come up with new ANSIs.

It depends what you are interested in.  I am not interested in files, 
games or chat.  I really only enjoy the message bases.  And when I go 
somewhere that has loads of cool ANSI art, the *first* time I might take 
the time to look, but the *second* time, all I am saying is "Come on, cut 
out this shit and let's get going!".

You're right though -- it is a bit silly to tout the new, unique board 
that you have thrown up when in fact it is exactly the same as the *last* 
new, unique board that got thrown up...
