Anyone else hear about the Idiot DA in Texas?

In the town of Harliquen an Ex-Convict was accused of sexaully abusing a girl..
The DA was getting ready to drop the charges due to lack of evidence but the
ex-con pleaded no contest.. His sentence 320 hours of community service
crocheting blankets... No I dont think everyone in Texas is an Idiot however
this DA apparently is...
