  "President Bush sidestepped the Senate and installed embattled nominee John
Bolton as ambassaodr to the United Nations on Monday, ending a five-month
impasse with Democrats who accused Bolton of abusing subordinates and twisting
intelligence to fit his conservative ideology."


  The whole argument about Bolton aside, there's an alleged process that's
supposed to be followed.  This kind of dictatorial tendency of GWB is exactly
why I've alwyas considered him a dangerous person to be put into the White
House.  

  Constitution's in the way?  Either try to get around it with federal judges
or try to change it to suit himself.  Don't actually try to champion and defend
it or anything.  You know, 'cause you sworn an oathe to do so.

  The other branches of government not doing what you want?  Just skip their
involvement entirely and do what you want anyway while they're in recess.

  It must be good to be the king.
