As I basically only read messages in an offline reader, and a Linux 
offline reader at that, this stuff was readable, but, just barely.  If I 
wouldn't have had the high ASCII turned on, I would have never been able 
to read it.

I don't know what your using, but its posting messages in ANSI...  Not a 
good idea.  I'll bet you can't read it in the web interface.  So, again, 
not a good idea.
