I tried using Radius and Argus, but they both refused to communicate with my
Fido hub's Internet Rex system.  So I just download IREX and set it up.
Everything's been working great since.

Sure, IREX isn't freeware, but it'll work just fine for a couple of nets if
you don't register it.  It only cost me $25 to register, though.
