I don't really care if its someone new or not, its an asinine reason.  I've
sent another message, and requested his boss's e-mail as I wish to complain
higher up.  Their reasoning is flawed and I am going to push it.

I suggest everyone else that's using no-ip.com to also send in complaining
messages... as this will effect every one of them.  Eventually, their
no-ip.com's "Script Bot" is going to find everyone's IRCD and ban everyone's
IP's also.  I'm currently the scap goat because my IP is static, whereas most
are not.  So, I was the first one caught, although, I've been running an IRCD
for many years now.

I think I'm going to start a web site with a blog or somesuch to have a place
to go to vent.  :)
