Killed in Action has had to change its telnet name.  Not sure what's up with
NO-IP.com, but, its not resolving.  Since I have a static IP, I registered a
domain some time back, and it works.  So, the new address for the BBS is
telnet://kiabbs.org
web: http://www.kiabbs.org
and mail is now to this domain.
