We feel an important part of making any purchase enjoyable, is to be well informed before the sale. For that reason, we have outlined the following store polices, terms and conditions. FAQ's When can I expect my order to arrive? If an item is in stock, you can usually expect to receive your order in 2-4 days if Priority Mail was selected, or 1-2 days if you picked ExpressMail shipping. On backordered items, shipping will be delayed until the item comes back in stock, typically around 3-4 days, but sometimes longer for rare or out-of-print titles. I don't have a credit card. Can I still order online? Absolutely! In addition to accepting major credit cards, you can also pay online with your checkbook, or by using X.com and PayPal. If you have an account with a U.S. bank, you can use your checking account to pay online, without ever having to mail a check. There is a $2.25 fee for this service. Can I fax in my order? Yes. You can fax your order to us 24 hours a day at either 248-282-0842 or 603-507-8251. No special order form is necessary, but one is available from our Catalog page if you need one. Do you charge for shipping when you send backorders? No. Shipping charges are billed in full with the initial shipment. If any items are backordered, they will ship when available at no extra shipping cost to you. The lone exception to this rule is on some international orders, where the original shipping fee has been reduced, based on the weight reduction of non-shipped items. Prices & Shipping Info At Starvector, our prices on software titles are VERY competetive, and we have NO hidden charges. If you find a lower advertised price on a piece of software we carry, let us know and we will do our best to match it or beat it. Every Tuesday, each sale item is marked down an ADDITIONAL 10%! Regular domestic air shipping is $5.95, which covers up to FOUR software titles. Additional titles add only 50-cents each to the shipping fee. We have NO restocking fees. We have NO credit card surcharges. We do not gouge our customers with excessive shipping charges like some other vendors who bait customers with seemingly low pricing, only to make it up through exorbitant shipping and handling fees. Payment Methods We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, money orders, "Virtual Checks" and wire transfer.
