Good to see that there is SOME life left in this echo <G>.  Recently purchased 
a Uniden Washington base unit.  Now just need to get a new Antron-99 because 
the one I currently have will not work properly.

ie every time I keep up ANY radio on it, the SWRs are out the wazoo.  Move any 
radio to my 8-ft fiberglass Francis on the mobile and all is normal.  So not 
sure if it is the coax I use on the A99 or if it is the A99 itself.
