I saw some Perl stuff in the snapshot directory for Windows and there could 
have been some OS/2 related stuff, or at least something that might work on 
OS/2.  Offhand I can't recall the URL but a search for "binkd fido" got me 
headed in the right direction.  I found it.  I am sure you could too.
