Hello, Manuel...

BinkD, like BinkleyTerminal, is an File Attach mailer. It actually looks in a 
..FLO file for a list of files to send to a particular node. The .FLO file has a 
name which is derived from the net and node number. Take a look at one with any 
editor.

The file extension is used to indicate how the mail should be handled: the "F" 
is changed to "H" for Hold, "C" for Crash, etc.
