Subj : BIND: Address already in use

Hello All,

        I've just compiled binkd 0.9.6 on debian 3.0r2 and when I try to poll 
my boss I get "BIND: Address already in use" on the screen and binkd never 
tries to connect. Anyone know what that means and what I need to do to correct 
it? I also tried 0.9.5 with the same result.
