    I don't know ...
    One of the decisions is using snapshot 0.9.6a or stable 0.9.5.

    New versions have some new features ... For example:

     - "binkd -C" restart himself if config changed;
     - new option skipmask in binkd.cfg - don't receive (destructive skip)
       files by specified wildcards;

    and more ...
