The canonical book for TASM is Tom Swan's much-lauded "Mastering Turbo Assembler", which, last I checked, is still available on Amazon, etc. Though, I tend to agree with the other poster's recommendation for NASM (the open-source Netwide Assembler project). NASM is available for DOS/Windows and Linux. Jeff Duntemann (formerly of Dr. Dobbs Journal), has recently (published this summer) updated his book "Assembly Language Step-By-Step" to include Linux and NASM. ya'may wanna check those out.... -- * jmr 0.7.25 [Linux] * --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr4 * Origin: Stan's Hut BBS (1:3800/1) .
