Actually, FTS-1 says linefeeds should be *ignored* when importing the body
text. It does not say linefeeds may not exist in the body text.

As I recently found out, not all echomail programs follow this (they import
the linefeeds), so I've made it an option in SBBSecho to strip linefeeds
(defaults to "no").
