 I found it on disk 1 of the masm6.1 5.25 floppy install in the \bin
dir. Dosxnt.38$ and dosxnt.ex$

 <sigh> I need to get access long enough to hit the m$ ftp site
and get the upgrade files for masm. I think I've got the ddk
somewhere around here but dunno for sure.. (i've got the java 4.0
sdk and some kind of ddk)
