Somebody already hatched the free 4DOS 7.50 in UTILNET fileecho:

4DOS v7.50 Command Interpreter (Build 129,
 now FREEware!) as of August 24th 2004. This
 is a Windows installer (updates Config.Sys
 and Autoexec.Bat) *-OR-* it can be unzipped
 under native DOS and installed manually.
