how were you running *BAT* files, before? were they actually opening a DOS 
window and then running?

3.04E is what i'm running of 4OS2... i'm also running 7.50 of 4DOS... both on 
Warp 3 fp/40...

exactly what are the symptoms you are seeing? what used to happen and what 
happens now?
