I think you may find what you are looking for at: www.bootdisk.com There are bootdisk image files for numerous platforms at this site - OS/2, Linux, DOS, Windows, etc. You could also send email to the person that hosts the site, explaining your situation, and they may be able to "custom make" a boot disk for your purpose and email it back to you.
