Please try changing your regional/language selection to US/English, start 4NT,
and test whether or not the problem persists. Several other users reported in
the newsgroup jpsoft.support at news server jpsoft.media3.net, the OFFICIAL
JPsoft support forum, that certain 4NT 4.01 commands do not work under certain
regional/language selections. Different commands for different settings.
Suggest you join (free, only restrictions: always use plain text and always use
your real name) the official group so the developers can get your problem
report combined with the others. If you don't want to, I'll be happy to relate
the problem, just let me know.
