For the echolist POV, yes. I got the password from Tom... but the
intent was just keep it alive. I can pass on, promote an election,
continue keeping it listed, whatever users of this area decide.

W98SE. AFAIK, it doesn't have internal support for time-sync. I'm
using "horas", sometimes, for it (www.basta.com)
