To the exclusive user of Microsoft products, the whole idea of reporting a bug, getting a reply from the program's author, and seeing the bug fixed in the next release may just be an unthinkably alien concept. (Under the current 4DOS, type HELP WHAT'S NEW and press Enter; follow the "Bugs Fixed" link and scroll to the bottom of the page. The very last item listed, a odd quirk involving the SELECT command with long filenames and square brackets, is *mine*! I reported that bug! And it's gone now. Can anybody here report a similar experience with COMMAND.COM?) -- Charles Dye raster@highfiber.com -- |Fidonet: Charles Dye 1:342/3 | | Origin: The Cereal Port BBS (603)899-3335 199.125.78.133 (1:132/152) --- # Origin: (1:132/152.4) * Origin: Baddog BBS (1:218/903) .
