Under MS-DOS using a pipe creates a temporary file in your designated temporary
directory that uses three dollar/currency signs as a naming convention.  It
would be fairly easy to scan for that.  I am not sure how 4DOS handles output
redirection.  I think that it can redirect Standard Error?
