Are you aware that you can email support@jpsoft.com with any problem, and Mike Bessy will reply within 24 hours (usually 2 hours)? Of course, he always wants to know both OS and JPsoft product versions (the ver/r output you provided). Unless your Internet access is very limited, I think using JPsoft's own (unmoderated) news group, hosted on an independent vendor's server, with NO expiration, for problems which others have observed is better than individual emails, or a "freelance" newsgroup. Their newsgroup has some decidedly not newsgroup-like features: * all articles are readable through a browser, instead of a mail program * if you want it, all articles are emailed to you * there is an automatic summary (I think daily), which can be emailed to you, allowing you to download only articles with apparent interest * you can read the newsgroup without registering * you must register to post * articles are not deleted because they "expired" - often articles from two years before provide the solution you need today I am posting both your original problem report, and the results of your latest experiments in group jpsoft.support (on server jpsoft.media3.net). -- E.
