If - as others assumed - you want to EXTRACT files from .ZIP archives, you can 
simply write:

pkunzip -d *.ZIP

and it will extract everything from all ZIP files in the current directory, 
putting all extracted files into the current directory and its subdirectories. 
It will prompt about overwriting for each case.
