Any network or registry access in NT is limited by your user account, and when you run from AT, you are running as (I think) the local "System" account. In that case, you don't have any network privileges, etc. If you use the Scheduled Tasks GUI (you might have to install IE5), you can specify the account to run as which should get you around this.
