Sorry Mike, but software doesn't behave like the BIOS in a computer.
Most older computers will work OK in 2000 once the BIOS date is reset
to the new millennium after new years eve.

Software doesn't behave like that. Either it can cope correctly with
years beyond 1999 or it can't.
