Hallo All!

There have been reports from various users about year 2001 problems with the 
Fidonet tracker software Netmgr, in particular in conjunction with the 
"Echomove" command. This command gives the correct year in years <= 2000, but 
starting with year 2001, it mangles the date (2029 instead of 2001).

Please check your configuration if you observe this bug. If so, you are using 
an outdated version of the Netmgr bug fix patch kit. 

All users of Netmgr, please make sure that you are using the latest version of 
the Netmgr buf fix patch kit, ARTFIX09.ZIP, which has been released in Feburary 
2000. This latest version does not show the year 2001 bug which I have 
described above.
