I guess it's wise to do that with all kinds of software.
Like: why use windoze when DOS works just fine?

BTW:  I made an error - fmail 1.48B  does only show years with two digits in
the log file - but what the he..   oops ... mail forwarding, messagebase
maintennance, forwarding requests from points and everything else works OK.
