Gerry, yes It is... We are recommending that you make sure your system
is set in the "mm/dd/yyyy" format instead of the "mm/dd/yy" format so
that no guess work needs to be made by our applications.  We have have
every effort that the guess work will be appropriate; however, someone
once wrote, "It's best to be specific!" ....
