        1. 要穩定性佳, it has better pass the  system comtibility TEST
           of windows, and should have good performance..
        2. Support APM (advanced power management) ,省電功能
        3. at least DRAM >= 8M , cpu at least dx4-100 or pentinum..
        4. With multi media.. and audio inside had better with CD rom..

        5. 最好選有廠牌 的, ACER 950 聽說不錯... BUT IT cost much
                about NT  120000,
