真奇怪，北韓公然聲稱擁有核武，並且不排除「先發制人」，但
對美國來說，仍然是 a manageable problem。
傳說中伊拉克所擁有的大殺傷力武器，至今找不到，伊軍在戰事
中還沒有使用。
但美國郤認為伊拉克是很大威脅。
