It is time for the US troops to leave ....

N. Korea is a manageable problem for the USA.
Iran, Syria and Pakistan are more immediate
threats.

The S. Koreans should pay for its own defense.
Otherwise they think that freedom is free and
peace is cheap.

Afterall, it is their desire to say no to the
USA, is it not? ....
