Hi,

I have PenPower Crystal Touch installed on my "English" Windows XP. I
thought it was okay as I can see my writing in Traditional Chinese
when composing emails in hotmail.com using IE. However, the receiving
end is unable to read the message as the default encoding is not in
Big5. What can I do?
