As you all know the GSA elections have been announced, we need to get in to top gear and decide as to who should represent the various communities. I am standing for the post of the president ,and I am confident of pulling an American guy for the post of Treasurer and one amongst you is invited to stand for the post of the Vice- President. The vice-President's post is to assist the president in GSA ventures and since we two countries that is INDIA and CHINA represent the majority of Graduate Students, it is our moral right to have a say in the Graduate Student Association. So those who are interested in taking an initiative to have an honor in representing their community and who is willing to stand for the post of the vice-president, e-mail me at vdbendre@acsu.buffalo.edu as soon as possible because we need to decide on the candidature before the Senate meeting which is to be held on the 4th of September 2002.
