That is simply untrue. But it is true. I experienced it myself. Money is controlled by the Chinese totalitarian state. If you belive this is not so..then just try to import or export large amounts of Chinese money....you'll be arrested immediately if you are caught. China is still a police state. There are no freedoms...economic freedoms included. And as far as foreign currency (Western money in particular)...the CCP "sticks it" to us Western suckers who are foolish enough to bring our money there. What they skim off of us is used to prop up their own poor excuse for an economy. .
