Hello,

I am trying to understand how the big5 character coding scheme works.  I
am having a hard time finding documentation for big5 coding on the web. 
I have seen references to a Big5 FAQ file but haven't been able to
locate it.  Does anyone know where I could find this file, or some other
fairly comprehensive introduction to Big5?
