 The current investigation is a cover up.    They are still releasing
false information.      You have to go back 10 years find the China
Times article.    

Kang is leading the investigation exactly because he wants to lead the
cover up, cover himself up. 

Kang was the stand in chairman of the comitte at that time,  I read a
couple days ago he or his cohort claims he only chaird the comitte
after Lafayette passed Legislative..        Technically correct, but
he's hiding the fact he wielded the power of chairman long before.
And he is THE ONE who passed it .    A 180 degree turn from his and
his party's position at the time.
