Compensate for wind effect primary by drift correction on the inbound leg

and outbound legs.  

When outbound, triple the inbound drift correction to avoid major turning

adjustments; e.g., if correcting left 8 degrees when inbound, correct right

by 24 degrees when outbound.

簡單的說:  如果你inbound飛, 以 352 度飛在360度的inbound leg上,
                 outbound leg 是 180度邊, 那要飛(180+24=)204度 outbound.
