是可以落地, 但這可能不是正常且不被允許的方式, 因為在飛機維修手冊(AMM)裡訂有flapless
 landing的檢查項目, 例如:

AMM 05-50-51 1 - INSPECTION AFTER REJECTED TAKE-OFF, FLAPLESS LANDING OR 
INSTANCE OF EXCESSIVE BRAKE ENERGY - BAe 146 Series/AVRO 146-RJ Series 
 
(19) After a flapless landing, or rejected take-off at moderate speed
(Ref.MOM 14-40-13) :-
- Determine maximum rolling speeds of nose and main tyres.
- Refer to MOM for critical speed of each category of tyre.
- Reject all tyres as scrap which have exceeded their critical speeds,
  except as follows :
  - Tyres which have not been retreaded and are otherwise in good condition
    may continue in service and be retreaded, if required, after one 
    landing at over 190 m.p.h. (165 kt.) but not exceeding 205 m.p.h.
    (178 kt.). This event must be logged against the tyre serial no. and 
    the tyre scrapped on any second occurrence.
If any tyre is scrapped, return its wheel for inspection in accordance with\
relevant CMM.

若飛行員不把flap放下而降落的話, 將造成不必要維修工作量的增加, 站在維修的角度, 並不
希望飛行員隨隨便便地沒放flap就降落.
